• Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
• Items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and in resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Customised or personalised items (unless defective or not as described)
• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items once opened (as stated on product page where applicable)
• Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 7 days with details and photos. We will arrange replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

2. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) and packing instructions
3. Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided; we recommend a trackable service
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return (refund or exchange) within 3–7 business days

• Customer-initiated returns (change of mind): return shipping is paid by the customer unless we state otherwise
• Our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit): we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label where applicable

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we approve the return
• Bank or payment provider fees may be non-refundable

If you prefer an exchange (e.g. size, colour, variant), indicate this when you request the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested variant is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Returns are accepted where applicable; duties or taxes paid to customs are non-refundable by us. Check with your local authority for any recovery options.
