24-Hour Free Cancellation

ArtCoveStudio offers a 24-hour free cancellation window from the moment your order is confirmed and payment is processed—before your order is packed or shipped.

1. Online: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order, and use the cancel option if within the allowed timeframe.
2. Email: Send a cancellation request to business@artcovestudio.com with your order number.
3. Phone: Call us +91 9540467059 with your order number ready.

Please have your order number and registered email ready to expedite the process.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Bank or payment provider fees may be non-refundable.

Before cancelling, you may request address or item changes if your order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. Custom or personalised items may not be cancellable once production has started—we will inform you at checkout where applicable.

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not available. You may be eligible for a return or exchange under our Refund & Exchange Policy (e.g. within 30 days, unused, in original packaging). For full details, see that policy.
